Terms of Service

By creating an account or using My AI Weapon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

My AI Weapon provides a cloud-based workspace with a chat-first interface, AI agent execution, model routing, and unified credit billing. The service is provided on a subscription basis with invite-only early access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Beta and early-access features may change without prior notice.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Early access requires a valid invite code. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Credits are allocated per billing cycle according to your plan tier. Unused credits may roll over or expire based on your plan terms — see the pricing page for details.

When credits are exhausted, AI and data API usage pauses until your next billing cycle, plan upgrade, or credit pack purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of code and content you create in your workspace. My AI Weapon retains ownership of the platform, branding, and underlying technology.

AI-generated output in your workspace is yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.

The service is provided "as is" during early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI-generated output may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My AI Weapon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
